You want to designate this time into your schedule and then commit to working it no matter what. It is important that while you are working you do not waste time and be as efficient as possible.

Applying efficiency means you take a task, or several tasks that are necessary to work your business and you spend your allotted time working those tasks to completion.
You want to map out your ideas, implement your plans with action steps towards completion of certain marketing goals. Seek to figure out the time you have to have to complete your documented action steps. This resolution of action will help you in your effort of creating reasonable goals and working towards their successful outcome.
Putting your ideas down on paper and making action plans out of them with documented completion dates will get you a head faster than you might imagine. In conclusion, I would say to you in all of your activities, don’t think of your encountered obstacles as locked doors keeping you from your goals but as trials that are just part of the overall accomplishment of your goals.
In actuality what we know of the universe is governed by the law of attraction, what you do, say think or feel, is exactly what you are attracting to you. And the excellent thing about this universal decree, is that you have total control over it with your attitudes, your thoughts, how you feel and how you imagine things to be.
